Weekly Dojo Terms & Conditions
By enrolling your child in a ZenYogis Weekly Dojo, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Enrolment & Payment
A place is confirmed once payment has been received.
Parents and carers are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information about each child attending, including any medical conditions, allergies, injuries or additional needs that may affect their participation.’
Family Information
New families are required to complete the ZenYogis Family Information Form before their child attends.
Returning families do not need to complete the form again unless their family or child’s information has changed.
Please let ZenYogis know if any important information changes during the term.
Attendance & Absences
Please let ZenYogis know if your child will be absent from a Weekly Dojo.
Missed classes are not refundable or transferable to another term.
If your child is unwell, please keep them home and let us know before the class begins.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your child’s enrolment before the term begins, please contact ZenYogis as soon as possible.
Once the term has begun, fees are generally non-refundable for change of mind or missed classes.
Nothing in these terms excludes any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
Program Changes
Occasionally, a class may need to be changed or cancelled due to illness, venue availability or circumstances outside our control.
If ZenYogis cancels a class and cannot provide a suitable alternative, families will be offered an appropriate credit or refund for the affected class.
Participation & Safety
ZenYogis Weekly Dojos include activities such as yoga, movement, games, meditation and martial arts-inspired disciplines.
Children are encouraged to participate according to their individual abilities and to follow the instructions of their teachers.
Parents and carers should tell ZenYogis about any health, medical or support information that may affect their child’s participation.
Collection
Parents and carers are responsible for ensuring appropriate arrangements are in place for their child at the end of the program.
Please let ZenYogis know if there is anything important we need to know about your child’s collection arrangements.
